What Youll Bring:
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based therapy
- Strong communication and adaptability for engaging with students, families, and educators
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and support students functional abilities, fine motor skills, and participation in school activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP/504 plan goals
- Deliver individualized and group OT interventions tailored to students unique needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in meetings as required
