Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and families
- Solid communication skills and a passion for innovative, student-centered care
- Knowledge of current therapy best practices, assessment tools, and individualized education plan (IEP) processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and observations to determine students needs within the school environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for students
- Participate in the IEP process by collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Support classroom accommodations and modifications to facilitate student participation and success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress in accordance with district policies

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.14 to $68.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
