Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes, goal-writing, and documentation
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students needs to determine appropriate OT interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting academic and developmental goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participation in IEP meetings as needed
• Assist with equipment and classroom modifications for student accessibility
• Provide direct therapy services in compliance with school and district policies
