Key Qualifications:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) credentials
  • Experience delivering therapy in school or home health settings
  • Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy modalities
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse students and school staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work one day weekly, potentially across varied assignment types

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students per individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with school staff to develop therapy strategies
  • Deliver interventions in-person, in a classroom or home setting, or via teletherapy as needed
  • Monitor student progress, adapting interventions based on evolving needs
  • Maintain detailed, compliant records and communicate regularly with families and educators
