Qualifications:
- Active OT license, with experience in educational settings preferred
- ESA certificate issued by OSPI (required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work with students across a districtwide age spectrum
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Provide direct interventions and recommend adaptive strategies to support student success
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
