Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess students' fine motor, sensory, adaptive, and functional skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings as an essential team member contributing OT expertise
  • Maintain accurate records, detailed progress notes, and timely reports
  • Educate and consult with families, teachers, and staff to promote carryover of strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative services across multiple school environments
  • Support students participation in academic and non-academic activities to maximize independence and engagement
