Required Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- ESA certificate issued by OSPI
- Experience with school-based therapy practices
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability working with students from kindergarten through high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students functional needs across the district
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for individuals and groups
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting, and regular progress monitoring
- Offer consultative services to classroom staff for inclusion support and adaptations
