This onsite position, located near Moreno Valley, CA, runs from August 6, 2025, to May 28, 2026, and offers a chance to support K-12 students as they develop essential life and learning skills. Enjoy a 35-40 hour workweek while collaborating within a multidisciplinary educational team dedicated to positive student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Demonstrable experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 settings
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and participation
- Ability to assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Complete comprehensive assessments and document findings clearly and accurately
- Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective intervention strategies
- Provide resources and training to staff and families to foster student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, district, and professional guidelines
