Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Demonstrable experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 settings
• Strong understanding of IEP documentation and participation
• Ability to assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Complete comprehensive assessments and document findings clearly and accurately
• Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective intervention strategies
• Provide resources and training to staff and families to foster student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, district, and professional guidelines
