Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License (CA OT License Required)
• Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in school or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with COTA-supervised duties in educational environments
• Ability to manage caseloads and carry out assessments efficiently
• Strong communication and reporting skills for participation in IEP meetings
• Compassionate and adaptive approach to supporting students diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students according to established IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students needs and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other specialists to set and achieve student goals
• Document services, evaluations, and student outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Support participation and inclusion in academic and social settings through tailored interventions
• Supervise and work alongside COTAs in a cooperative, professional manner
