Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in California
- Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy
- Comprehensive understanding of OT evaluation tools, IEP processes, and educational practice
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families
- Ability to adapt intervention plans to individualized student needs and diverse settings
- Comfortable with both onsite and virtual service delivery
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver targeted OT interventions in school and home settings
- Design, modify, and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) to support student success
- Participate as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to holistic student care
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Educate teachers, families, and staff on strategies to enhance students fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and engagement
