Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and participation in team meetings
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet a range of student needs

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address students motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Provide direct occupational therapy sessions to students in individual and group settings
• Document progress and collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Offer recommendations to classroom staff for accommodations and strategies to enhance student success
