Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to school routines and student caseload changes
• Enthusiasm for fostering positive student outcomes and promoting independence in academic and social contexts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and inclusion
• Document interventions, progress, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt resources to enhance student engagement and skills
• Support professional development initiatives within the school community
