Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to school routines and student caseload changes
- Enthusiasm for fostering positive student outcomes and promoting independence in academic and social contexts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and inclusion
- Document interventions, progress, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt resources to enhance student engagement and skills
- Support professional development initiatives within the school community
