This contract opportunity invites a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to support young learners' growth and participation in school routines near Mission Viejo, CA.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or within an educational environment preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to connect effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with student needs
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students strengths and areas of need
• Develop targeted intervention plans designed to increase participation and independence in school tasks
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to promote student success across academic and functional activities
• Educate families and school teams on strategies to support student goals
• Maintain organized records and progress notes according to district and regulatory standards
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings as needed
