Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to assess and address sensory, fine motor, and gross motor needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans aligned with each students needs
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to promote student goals
• Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student outcomes
• Adapt interventions and strategies to support engagement and success in the classroom and school environment
