Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based OT practice preferred
• Ability to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services on a 3:1 model to students at one elementary school site
• Provide support and direct intervention without case management duties
• Supervise a COTA as part of your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each students educational journey
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
