Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Minnesota occupational therapist license required
• Prior school-based experience is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to students in K-12 settings
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to address students unique needs within the educational context
• Contribute to team meetings and provide insightful feedback on student progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development as needed
