Desired Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota occupational therapist license required
• Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
• Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility to provide services across multiple age groups (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Ability to develop creative, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students functional skills and develop individualized intervention plans that foster school participation and success
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services as outlined in students IEPs or 504 plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop strategies that enable students to access the curriculum and classroom routines
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress toward goals in accordance with district and state requirements
• Offer guidance for assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and classroom modifications as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings to share insights and collaborate on best support strategies
