Essential Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of direct and indirect therapy services in educational contexts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of students, ensuring service delivery is tailored to individual needs
• Provide both direct and indirect occupational therapy services to help students access and engage with the curriculum
• Track progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Communicate effectively with families and educators to maximize student outcomes
