This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite across 2-3 school sites near Midlothian, VA, where youll make a daily difference in students educational journeys. With a manageable 35-hour workweek, youll collaborate with dedicated school teams and engage with diverse grade levels, helping students reach important developmental milestones.

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia OT license required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
• Understanding of school-age child development and educational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to efficiently manage a caseload across multiple locations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as part of their Individualized Education Programs
• Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress for students across assigned grade levels
• Travel between 2-3 nearby schools as part of your weekly routine
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support holistic student development
• Share recommendations and educational strategies with teachers and parents to facilitate classroom success
