This role provides the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Active Delaware OT license required
• Experience with pediatric populations in a school setting highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in IEP development and progress documentation
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable within a dynamic school environment
• Ability to provide comprehensive OT services to students with a variety of needs and disabilities

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to students, helping them improve functional, academic, and social outcomes
• Conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and participating in IEP meetings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning strategies
• Documenting student progress, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
• Supporting students across multiple schools and grade levels as needed
• Adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs and maximize independence
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
