Qualifications:

• Active Delaware license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students fine motor, sensory-processing, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students educational goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Offer guidance and resources for classroom staff to facilitate student participation and independence
• Adapt interventions and strategies in response to student progress
