Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts (MA)
- School-based OT experience preferred; strong interest in supporting students across age groups (PreK, elementary, high school)
- Knowledge and/or experience with social-emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Collaborative, flexible, and compassionate mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy to PreK students (emphasis on social-emotional, behavioral, and ASD support)
- Support high school students with autism spectrum disorders
- Work closely with special education teams and classroom staff
- Document therapy sessions and progress, and communicate with families and teachers
- Maintain compliance with IEPs and state regulations
