Job Description

Step into a dynamic opportunity supporting students as an on-site provider in an engaging school-based setting. This contract position begins immediately, covering a leave and extending through the end of the current school year (ending June 4, 2027). Contribute your expertise in occupational therapy while making a meaningful impact on young learners.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 80 students
  • Commitment to fostering student independence and success

Role Details:

  • Onsite assignment only
  • COTA: Provide support across two elementary schools, working 7.5 hours per day with an unpaid lunch break
  • OT: Deliver services and supervise a COTA at one site, working 8 hours per day with an unpaid lunch break
  • Engage in the assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy services within a supportive school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families to promote academic and functional success
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and professional guidelines
