What Were Looking For:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and adaptability
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the school setting
• Passion for supporting diverse student needs across various grade levels

In This Role, You Will:

• Assess and evaluate student needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Develop and implement individual and group therapy plans in line with IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to promote student progress
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Adjust intervention strategies as needed for effective outcomes
