This contract position allows you to work collaboratively with a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Key Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred; knowledge of IEP process a plus
• Experience working with children from elementary through high school age groups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to design and implement therapeutic activities that align with educational goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and recommendations for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups, targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation
• Monitor student progress, maintain progress notes and required documentation
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
• Adapt equipment or modify environments to enhance student access and success
