Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Michigan
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEPs, and collaborative therapy practices
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Position Highlights:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to an elementary caseload, ensuring needs are met within the caseload cap of 65
• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with IEP teams
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to promote student success
• Support implementation of interventions that enhance participation and daily functioning in classroom activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to all relevant compliance requirements
