This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a supportive school community. With three positions available, youll work closely with students, teachers, and families, helping young learners build confidence and independence in their everyday school routines.

Role Details:

• Contract position for the new school year (August 2026 June 2027)
• Located onsite, supporting a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• 37.5 hours per week, ensuring a robust schedule while leaving room for work-life balance
• Open to both local professionals and those seeking a travel assignment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of California
• Previous experience in school-based OT settings (preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with educators and families
• Flexibility, creativity, and compassion when addressing students' unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized educational plans for students with a variety of needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support participation and performance in school activities
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
• Provide consultation and training for school staff and parents as needed
