Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students, addressing a variety of needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Serve a caseload across 23 schools, traveling between sites as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student goals
• Document and report on student progress, meeting compliance and best practice standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt interventions and strategies for in-person therapy and, if necessary, teletherapy scenarios

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid West Virginia Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy occupational therapy settings desired
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and therapeutic interventions
• Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and motivated to drive student success
