Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and valid state licensure as an OT

  • Ability to write clear and comprehensive evaluation reports and treatment plans
  • Organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy goals in alignment with IEPs
  • Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services to students of various ages and abilities
  • Maintain accurate documentation on progress, interventions, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create accessible learning environments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share recommendations and advocate for student needs
