• Monitor student progress, document interventions, and report findings to staff and parents
• Consult with teachers on classroom accommodations, modifications, and integrating therapeutic strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations
