Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess student needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in coordination with educational teams
- Provide direct and consultative OT services for students identified through special education
- Monitor student progress, document interventions, and report findings to staff and parents
- Consult with teachers on classroom accommodations, modifications, and integrating therapeutic strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations
