Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current occupational therapist license in New Hampshire (NH).
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and student development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with students, teachers, and families.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varied student needs.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to promote students functional independence in classroom activities.
  • Document progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning goals.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support for staff and families.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing effective educational plans.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages students participation.
