Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted state OT license
• Previous experience working with children or in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP process and related documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions
• Design and execute therapy sessions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff to support generalization of skills across environments
• Adapt strategies and equipment to meet varying individual and classroom requirements
