Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license is required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, therapy documentation, and goal setting
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and school staff
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Your Role Includes:

• Providing direct and consultative OT services to students in grades K-12
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Conducting assessments and contributing to multidisciplinary IEP meetings
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student participation in educational activities
• Maintaining accurate records, data, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Promoting student independence, motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive abilities
