Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Michigan
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students functional abilities and needs
• Create and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Provide evidence-based, targeted therapy sessions for students
• Educate and support teachers and staff regarding accommodations and modifications
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Promote access, participation, and independence within the school environment
