Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Maryland
  • Previous experience with pediatrics, especially infant and toddler populations, preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based therapy processes and best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
  • Ability to manage a full-time schedule and adapt to varying caseload needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students developmental and functional needs across multiple domains
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance student participation and daily performance
  • Collaborate with educational staff, families, and service coordinators
  • Document sessions and progress, meeting all compliance and reporting requirements
  • Support transition planning and family education activities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
