Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including one early intervention (11-month position) and one traditional K-12 role. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students achieve their academic and developmental goals throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Maryland Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of best practices for early intervention and K-12 student populations
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with educators, staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs or IFSPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to foster student success
• Offer training and support to school staff and families regarding OT interventions and strategies
