A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in Lake City, FL, serving students in grades K-12 within a school setting. This contract role spans from August 5, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions to support students' occupational performance and participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and document student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Adapt activities and environments to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote inclusive education.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to manage caseload and maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to student-centered therapeutic practices.
