Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, valid OT license for the state or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP processes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic and evolving school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment to address fine motor, sensory-motor, self-care, and adaptive needs within the school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure interventions are effective and integrated into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting, progress reporting, and eligibility determinations
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Support student participation and access in school routines, both academic and extracurricular
