Your background in diverse OT environmentsincluding school-based, teletherapy, home health, or other healthcare settingsensures you are well-prepared to assess a range of student needs. You will be working closely with educational teams to conduct thorough assessments and support student success, without the ongoing caseload management typical of traditional therapy roles.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts (MA OT License required)
- Experience in school-based OT, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible, part-time scheduling
- Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential through targeted, insightful evaluations
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive OT assessments for a diverse K-12 student population
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to interpret findings
