As a full-time Occupational Therapist, youll enjoy a consistent MondayFriday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week, working directly with a manageable caseload of approximately 30 studentsmostly elementary-aged. Your expertise will play a key role in helping students access their education through evidence-based therapy and collaboration with dedicated educational staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with supporting elementary through high school students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver OT services to students
• Support students motor, sensory, and functional skills within the classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students progress and educational success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute subject-matter expertise to student support teams
