Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom, small group, or one-on-one settings
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with local and state regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support academic and functional skill development
• Attend IEP meetings, contribute to team decisions, and provide expertise on occupational therapy strategies
• Participate in continuing education to stay updated on best practices in school-based therapy
