What youll bring to the team:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric OT roles preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams
- Comfort working on-site and adapting to diverse student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and implement individualized therapy interventions for students
- Develop and adapt materials and strategies to meet students educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student advancements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to student planning
