Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid license as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong understanding of IEPs and special education documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering student progress

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine current levels of function and need for therapy
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Offer guidance and training to educators and families on strategies to support students in the classroom
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
