Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience supporting students in school-based and/or pediatric settings
• Comfort with multiple OT modalitiesincluding school-based, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt to in-person and virtual service models
• Commitment to individualized and inclusive care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement occupation-based interventions for students with diverse needs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student engagement and participation
• Provide direct and indirect OT services supporting development of fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and social-emotional regulation skills
• Utilize technology and telehealth platforms for remote sessions as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Attend meetings and contribute expertise to support student progress and advocacy
