Job Description

Take the next step in your occupational therapy career with an exciting onsite contract position supporting students growth and development. This part-time opportunity, based near Longmont, CO, runs from August 13, 2026, through May 20, 2027. Ideal for a dedicated OT who is passionate about making a real difference, youll enjoy working consistently with a manageable caseload of 20 students each week.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active OT license for the state
  • Experience working in school-based settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
  • Understanding of district and state requirements for school-based therapy professionals
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services onsite, adjusting interventions as needed to support student progress
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive support
  • Document student performance, progress, and response to interventions according to regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert guidance and recommendations
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in pediatric and school-based OT
