Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
  • Prior experience within a school or pediatric environment highly preferred
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver school-based OT services to a caseload of approximately 20 students, promoting participation and success in daily school routines
  • Assess students needs, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress throughout the school year
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support integration of therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and needs

Role Details:

  • Contract position spanning the academic year, from August 13th, 2026 through May 20th, 2027
  • Part-time schedule: 1.5 days per week, onsite only
  • Supportive team and structured caseload
