Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings for students referred for occupational therapy
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans to support student participation in academic activities
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to modify classroom materials or environments, ensuring accessibility and independence for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, providing insights and progress updates
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers about student achievements and strategies for at-home support
