Key Qualifications

  • Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
  • Prior experience (or strong interest) in school-based therapy
  • Comfort and skill working with K-12 students from varied backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual needs
  • Reliable, organized, and professional; able to manage a full-time, on-campus schedule
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and adventurous travelers

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans targeting student goals
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory expectations
  • Participate in relevant meetings, trainings, and staff development opportunities
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers students to achieve their best
