Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and implement intervention strategies for a diverse student population
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to integrate therapy into daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student supports
• Maintain accurate records and provide thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Offer education and resources to staff and families as needed
• Adjust interventions based on ongoing evaluation and student progress
