Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Colorado
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assess students physical, emotional, and developmental capabilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions for students with varying abilities
• Consult and collaborate with educators and families to carry out therapeutic strategies in the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation, records, and progress reports in compliance with local and state regulations
• Provide support and training for school staff as they integrate occupational therapy recommendations into daily classroom activities
