Job Description

This onsite role begins August 6, 2026, and runs through May 26, 2027, with a steady 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Qualifications:

  • Current and active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) Certificate
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Colorado
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or educational OT settings
  • Ability to work onsite and commute within the Denver area as assignments require
  • Solid communication skills and collaborative mindset to partner with staff, students, and families
  • Passion for supporting the development and success of children with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to individual and educational plans
  • Perform evaluations and create treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory processing, or adaptive skill challenges
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, school personnel, and families to integrate therapies into the classroom environment
  • Document progress, maintain compliance, and prepare required reports in line with school and state guidelines
  • Adapt quickly to changing caseloads or school assignments as determined by the districts needs
